This Fee Disclosure is part of the Payment Terms governing your use of The Dental App Inc.’s (“TDA”) patient-payment features. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Payment Terms or TDA Terms of Service.
2.8% of the gross transaction amount
Applied to each successful payment processed through your TDA account.
Per-Transaction Fee $0.15 USD
Charged on every submitted payment, regardless of approval status, refund, or chargeback.
Daily Net-Settlements: Fees are deducted from collected funds, with the net amount deposited into your designated account.
Statement of Fees: View detailed breakdowns for each settlement batch in your TDA dashboard.
Currency: All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees on refunded or voided transactions are not reversed.
Additional network-imposed fees may apply for chargebacks or retrieval requests.
You are responsible for all such fees and any negative balances.
All fees exclude applicable sales, use, or similar taxes.
We’ll add taxes where legally required; otherwise, you’re responsible for remitting them to the appropriate authorities.
Fee Schedule may change. We’ll notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app message unless a shorter notice is required by law or card network rules. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to offset any amounts owed—including unpaid fees, chargebacks, fines, or penalties—from future settlements or held reserves, where legally permitted.
